In this senior role, you will manage the end-to-end content creation process—ensuring consistency with brand voice, messaging, and visual identity across all platforms. Working in close collaboration with the Managing Director and Media Manager, you will be responsible for content distribution and media relations at Cyber Valley. 

In detail:

• You will tell the Cyber Valley story and create engaging content across various media platforms (website, newsletter, social media). Your responsibilities include conducting interviews, writing press releases and news items, and coordinating social media posts. You’ll also produce videos, images, graphics, and  all other content to effectively convey key messages to diverse target audiences. 
• You will execute the content strategy by ideating, delegating, and optimizing content across various digital channels to boost engagement, awareness, and overall impact.
• You ensure all content consistently reflects our corporate design and visual identity.
• You will collaborate with the business development teams to effectively plan the editorial calendar that is aligned with campaign goals and brand objectives.
• You  are  guided  by  the  editorial  planning, but  also   proactively  look  for  exciting  Cyber Valley stories.
• You commission and supervise external service providers who create content for us.

• Formally, you should have a Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Media, or related field (or equivalent experience).
• You bring curiosity and a willingness to familiarize yourself with topics related to AI and intelligent systems, while continuously expanding your expertise in your field.
• 3–5+ years of experience in content creation, influencer marketing, or digital media management.
• Strong understanding of social media platforms, content formats, and digital storytelling.
• Proven ability to manage creative talent and deliver results under tight deadlines.
• Familiarity with analytics and content creation tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Sprout Social, Adobe Creative Suite, or similar platforms)
• Bonus: Experience in video production, photography, or copywriting.
• Excellent Communication skills with English (C1) and knowledge of Deutsch (B2).
